Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pulse HR ("Service"). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Pulse HR is a multi-tenant SaaS HR portal. Features include employee directory, time tracking, leave management, document and asset management, knowledge base, internal requests, and workflow automation.

2. Accounts and roles

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. The first user to create a workspace becomes its admin and may invite, remove, and assign roles to other users.

3. Acceptable use

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits.
  • No uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
  • No use of the Service to send spam or marketing email.
  • No attempts to access data of other tenants.

4. Customer data

Customers retain all ownership of data they upload ("Customer Data"). Pulse HR receives a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Data and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. Subscriptions and billing

During the launch period, the Service may be offered free of charge. Paid plans, if any, will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and require explicit acceptance before charges begin.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may terminate your workspace at any time from settings. On termination, Customer Data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Service levels

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the launch period. Status and known incidents will be posted at our public status page (when available).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse HR's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Pulse HR in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pulse HR harmless from any claims arising out of your Customer Data or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pulse HR is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
